Narie prides itself on giving customers a “feel good” experience, both in terms of style, comfort, and social responsibility. The company’s return and exchange policy is no exception.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition with original tags attached and accompanied by an original Narie receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. This return policy holds true with the exception of earring purchases - we do not accept returns for any earring products due to hygienic reasons.
All returns/exchanges of online orders must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped. We cannot accept COD returns. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Credit for your returned (items) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

Damaged on Arrival Policy
Customers on www.narieclothing.com will not receive a full refund on clothes that arrive damaged. Customers have up to 30 days to report the damaged goods in order to receive a full refund on the item with its original tags and packaging

Exchange by Mail
Unworn and undamaged clothing with original tags and packaging can be exchanged with other items on www.narieclothing.com up to 30 days after purchase. If you wish to exchange an item by mail, follow the return procedure and use the Order Form included with your Packing Slip to order the new item. This will be processed as a new order and your credit card will be charged. The return and order transactions may not post simultaneously and will be processed as two separate transactions through your account. Please note exchanges are subject to availability.
